Taymer Graham is a Florida REALTOR® and founder of The Graham Group Gulf Coast, specializing in Parrish, Lakewood Ranch, and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Taymer and his family made the move to Florida themselves, giving him firsthand experience with what it's like to relocate, start fresh, and find the right community to call home.

Today, Taymer specializes in helping families and individuals make that same transition, with a particular focus on relocation and new construction. He works closely with local builders and stays on top of new community releases, available inventory, pricing changes, and builder incentives so his clients can understand all of their options—not just the homes they happen to find online.

Taymer created Living in Parrish Florida to be more than another real estate website. It's designed to be a local resource for anyone considering a move to Parrish, with information about new construction, communities, builders, schools, amenities, local development, homes for sale, and what everyday life in the area is really like.

Whether you're relocating from another state, purchasing new construction, selling a home, or simply trying to decide if Parrish is right for you, Taymer and The Graham Group Gulf Coast are here to help you make an informed move to Florida's Gulf Coast.
